Our focus on community services is to understand the specific needs of Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) in terms of policy, strategy, demographics and organisation. We then look to provide PCTs with complimentary resources that can assist in the planning and delivery of facilities and services required for the provision of primary care. We do this by providing people with real skills and experience in primary care.
The scope of our service offering continues to broaden and strengthen from service and estates planning, feasibility, business case, design through to production and commissioning of facilities. We offer Trusts and PCTs a single point of contact for all their procurement needs and, ultimately, the benefit of a controlled project environment with clear risk transfer.
Our off-project work continues to develop the quality and capability of our teams with an objective of providing ever-improving value for money.

Our partnering approach, fundamental to the ProCure21 process, is firmly embedded in all we do.

One of our recent projects in Manchester has been described by the local press as the "Mini Lowry" showing primary care can also provide inspirational health facilities.
