Interserve Plc and its partners, Equion Ltd and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, have secured the PFI contract for the Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospital awarded by the Newcastle-upon-Tyne Hospitals NHS Trust.
Interserve, the infrastructure and facilities management group, and client St Helens & Knowsley Hospitals NHS Trust have received the ProCure 21 Award in the 2004 Building Better Healthcare awards.
