NHS ProCure21

The future of successful healthcare

Under the ProCure21 process, we offer an innovative procurement solution with time and cost certainty far earlier than was ever possible under the traditional route.

Our primary focus is on delivering complete capital solutions for the NHS by bringing together our approach on partnering, supply chain management and adding value through value management, value engineering and innovation.

A Principal Supply Chain Partner under NHS ProCure21

Since the ProCure21 partnering initiative was launched in 2002, we have been a major player as a Principal Supply Chain Partner (PSCP) with the Department of Health. By offering whole life solutions from project inception through to aftercare, Interserve have been able to demonstrate the strength of our supply chain and our ability to deliver quality healthcare facilities on time and to budget.

Over the past seven years, Interserve along with our supply chain partners, has worked closely with over 50 Trusts to achieve value-for-money solutions. For example, we achieved cost savings in the order of some 14 per cent (£3m) - without affecting functionality - on the Withington Community Hospital project.
